Data we process
We process the data you provide through the contact form, by email or via LinkedIn: identification and contact details (name, company, email and phone), professional information and any project information you choose to share, including attached documents. By providing data you confirm it is accurate and that, if it includes third-party data, you have their authorisation.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to: (a) handle your enquiry and prepare the initial assessment of your project, based on pre-contractual measures requested by you (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR); (b) manage the business-to-business commercial relationship, based on our legitimate interest in keeping in touch with professional contacts (art. 6.1.f GDPR); and (c) send you information about our services where a prior relationship exists or you request it (art. 21.2 LSSI-CE). You may object to this last use at any time.
Retention period
We keep the data while your enquiry is being handled and, where applicable, for as long as the commercial relationship lasts. Afterwards it remains blocked during the limitation periods of the applicable legal obligations, and is then deleted.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use technology providers (web hosting, email and management tools) acting as processors under art. 28 GDPR. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case, transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@holahome.es, indicating the right you are exercising and attaching information that allows us to verify your identity. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
Minors
This website and our services are addressed exclusively to companies and professionals. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
