01Do you accept small orders, or are there minimum quantities?
Minimums are set by each factory and vary with the product, materials and customisation. We check which minimums are realistic for your case before you commit to anything.
How we manufacture a product in China02How do you charge?
The first conversation and the review of your enquiry come with no commitment. Fees depend on the agreed scope and are set out in a written proposal before we start.

Yes. We can review documentation for, coordinate and oversee suppliers you already use, or compare them with new alternatives before you decide.
Supplier sourcing and validation04What happens if defects appear?
We document the issue and coordinate its review and the options for correction, replacement or a new inspection. The solution, costs and responsibilities are reviewed according to the engagement model and the terms applicable to each operation.
Quality control in China05How do advance payments to the factory work?
Before the order is confirmed we agree the deposits, payment milestones and prior checks. We review with you which references, documents and controls must be available at each stage and how any issues with the supplier will be handled.
Purchasing management in China06Who imports the goods?
We can work under two models, depending on the operation: EC HolaHome buys, imports and supplies the product to you, or your company imports and we coordinate the stages you engage us for. The proposal identifies who acts as the importer and which responsibilities each party assumes.
