- Is EC HolaHome a traditional purchasing agent?
- Our scope can be broader. We can handle specific stages only, or coordinate the project from supplier selection through to production, quality, documentation and imports.
- Can you work with a supplier I already have?
- Yes. We can review and coordinate your current suppliers, or compare them with alternatives when that is useful for the operation.
- Do you only take on full projects?
- No. Services can be contracted end to end or stage by stage, depending on the client's internal structure and the point the project has reached.
- How do you select manufacturers?
- We review the fit with the product and analyse aspects such as company documentation, production capacity, export experience, available references and technical documentation relevant to the project.
- Can you negotiate with the factory?
- Yes. We can negotiate price, minimum order quantity (MOQ), lead times, Incoterms, payment terms and other commercial conditions related to the operation.
- Do you take care of CE marking and certifications?
- We identify and coordinate the applicable requirements together with factories, laboratories and specialised professionals. EC HolaHome is not a certification body or a testing laboratory.
