Services

B2B procurement, manufacturing and import services

We cover the entire life cycle of a manufacturing project in China. Every service can be engaged end to end or stage by stage.

Supplier sourcing and validation

We identify factories that genuinely make what you need, not trading companies. We verify business licence, production capacity, export experience, reference clients and current certifications.

What you gain

  • An objective comparison of viable manufacturers, usually with several alternatives when the market and product specialisation allow it.
  • Lower risk of working with undisclosed intermediaries.
  • A stable supplier base for future repeat orders.

Product development and OEM/ODM manufacturing

We turn an idea, a sketch or an existing reference into a manufacturable product: materials, dimensions, finishes, tolerances and a technical datasheet agreed with the factory.

What you gain

  • A clear datasheet that removes interpretation during production.
  • Material and process optimisation to meet your target cost.
  • Brand, colour and finish customisation.

Sample and prototype management

We coordinate first samples, iterations and the final approved golden sample, which becomes the reference standard during production.

What you gain

  • Physical validation before committing to a full order.
  • A sealed sample as the objective acceptance criterion.
  • Far fewer surprises when the goods arrive.

Negotiation and purchasing

We negotiate price, minimum quantities, lead times, incoterms, payment terms and liability in case of incidents, and put it in writing.

What you gain

  • A cost breakdown you can read: product, packaging, freight and duties.
  • Payment terms that protect your cash flow.
  • Documented, traceable agreements.

Production follow-up

We track the manufacturing schedule with the factory: raw material sourcing, line start, progress and the real completion date.

What you gain

  • Reliable information to plan your stock and sales.
  • Early detection of delays and room to react.
  • Regular reports with supporting evidence.

Inspections and quality control

We coordinate and oversee inspections during production and before shipment, with sampling plans and acceptance criteria defined in advance. When an external inspection company is involved, we coordinate its work and review its reports.

What you gain

  • Defects found before the goods leave China.
  • Reports with photographs, measurements and a clear verdict.
  • Shipping decisions based on data, not on trust.

Certification and European regulatory compliance

We identify the requirements that apply to your product and market, and coordinate the necessary testing and documentation with the factory and with specialised laboratories and professionals.

What you gain

  • Requirements identified before manufacturing, not after.
  • Technical documentation organised and available.
  • Lower risk at customs and in market surveillance checks.

Packaging, labelling and instructions

We develop retail and transport packaging, mandatory labels, barcodes and manuals or instructions in the required languages.

What you gain

  • Packaging tested to survive international transport.
  • Labelling aligned with destination market requirements.
  • Product ready to enter your sales channel directly.

Sea and air freight

We compare freight options, contract with forwarders and coordinate factory pickup, consolidation, insurance and shipment tracking.

What you gain

  • The right balance between cost and lead time for your case.
  • Visibility of the shipment until delivery.
  • Incident management while goods are in transit.

Documentation, customs and delivery

We review the commercial invoice, packing list, transport document, certificates of origin and tariff classification, and coordinate import clearance and final delivery.

What you gain

  • Consistent documentation that avoids customs holds.
  • Duty and VAT forecast before arrival.
  • Delivery coordinated with your warehouse or end client.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions before starting

Are there minimum order quantities?
Minimums are set by each factory and depend on the product, materials and level of customisation. In the initial analysis we tell you which minimums are realistic for your case.
What types of product do you work with?
We mainly work with consumer goods, home products, packaging and simple industrial components. If a product falls outside our experience, we say so from the first conversation.
How long does a project take?
Lead times depend on product complexity, the number of samples required and the chosen freight mode. We define a schedule with verifiable milestones before production starts.
Can you work with my current suppliers?
Yes. We can coordinate, review documentation for and oversee suppliers you already use, or combine them with new alternatives for comparison.
How are costs structured?
We present a breakdown of the project cost: product, samples, testing and related services, freight and management. You know what is paid and why before committing the order.
Can we request samples before production?
Yes. We coordinate prototypes and samples until we obtain a reference that meets the specification, which you formally approve before manufacturing.
Who carries out the inspections?
We coordinate and oversee inspections during production and before shipment. When an external inspection company is involved, we coordinate its work and review its reports.
How do you handle confidentiality?
The information and files we receive will be treated confidentially. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement when the project requires it.
Do you handle regulatory compliance?
We identify the applicable requirements and coordinate testing, technical documentation and labelling with factories, laboratories and specialist professionals. We are not a certification body or a testing laboratory.

Need the whole process, or just part of it?

We adapt the scope to your internal structure and to the stage your project is at.
